A Treasured Memory at La Solara

In August we got married in Sorrento and stayed before and after the ceremony at La Solara. The hotel is superb and we shall always remember what a wonderful time we had. The staff made myself, husband and daughters feel so important and welcome. The restaurant is outstanding from food to staff . I have never known such happy, courteous and helpful staff from Reception to maid service in such a spotlessly clean, efficient hotel. The rating does not do it justice it certainly should be a minimum of 5* star and sets such a high standard of service. I have recommended it to friends and colleagues and cannot speak highly enough of it. We are hoping to return for our first anniversary next year (if we can get booked!!).
Many thanks to all who made our stay so special, it was wonderful and we shall always treasure the memory and hope to have many more at this hotel.

We Are Going Back

It felt like we were staying with friends. All the Hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was excellant, the high point being the Gala Dinner next to the pool on Sunday Night.
The hotel was scrupulously clean, the bus service regular and punctual.
We now understand why many of the guests have been going on a regular basis for many years.
We will be back

This is a high quality hotel with a special atmosphere. The staff and facilities are excellent; our experience at La Solara has been consistently good over the past 5 years. Signor and Signora Di Maio and their staff work very hard to ensure that everyone feels welcome, the standard of cleanliness in the rooms is excellent, the restaurant always offers an excellent menu and the pool is spacious and well maintained. The tradition of the Gala Evening on Sundays makes for a stylish occasion, with that extra touch of formality that makes it a lovely evening
This is a hotel for relaxing and recovering. The hotel bus service is regular and reliable - we normally take the bus after breakfast into Sorrento, shop, coffee / beer, ice cream and then escape the heat of the day in the town by taking the bus and returning to the tranqility of the sun terrace at La Solara....

A must stay in Hotel - Brilliant. Had a excellent time and would return again and again, will be doing this again in the not too distant future.
The Best Hotel in Italy
This was not our first visit to La Solara, so we knew it would be wonderful, and it was. Each and everyone of the staff make it wonderful. The hotel is superb, with an excellent pool, a lovely lounge and a restaurant which is such a pleasure.
Being in the countryside out of Sorrento adds to the experience, and the free shuttle bus provides a great service. We spent most of our time round the pool but had to take the bus into Sorrento to visit the shops in 'the drains', and relax in Davides Ice Cream bar.
Wonderful, and we all want to go back.
