Wonderful Stay

I was in Copenhagen for 2 nights with my 11-year old son. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. It is an easy walk from the train station. It is close to great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. I let my son do all the interaction with the staff. He speaks only English and they did a wonderful job helping him and making us feel welcome. The breakfast includes everything you might want - including some American food. The bread was fresh, the coffee was hot, and the cheese satisfied all my needs. I will be staying here again with my wife in June.

I went to Copenhagen to visit my son who is studying in Europe for the year. The hotel is within a ten minute walk from the city center, and central bus and train stations. I booked a single room as I was travelling alone. The room was small, which was fine for my purpose, had a very comfortable bed, and was clean and modern. The hotel is located in the "red light" district, however, evidence of this district was not too overt. The staff was excellent, were very fluent in English, and helped me with all questions and directions I required during my stay. I did not see other room sizes, but was told that doubles and suites are also available. Hotel has an excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast, and is one of the best I have had. Free and easy guest access to the internet is available at 2 computers in the lobby-room internet connections are also available. Tivoli park and Hard Rock Cafe are both 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants, money exchange, and shops also available within 5 minutes walk. Overall good location and value, and again, the staff was great!! I would definitely stay here again.

LOCATION: Perfect, 3 minutes to go to the Railway station, where the trains from Kastrup also arrives/leaves. Shopping area Strøget is just up the street, Tivoli right around the corner, and lots of other restaurants (even Hard Rock Cafearound the corner).

HOTEL: Good and nice staff, good check inn/out. The room was very nice, new renovated, quite large bath, with tub and shower, excellent beds, (I didn't want to leave my room) mid size flat screen TV, air-conditioning.

The Hotel is total renovated, and they did a good job. Excellent breakfast also. Prices can be stiff, over $300 per night so I made this a High-End Price range, but you can be lucky.

Scandic Webers Hotel

The Scandic Webers Hotel is just 1 block west of the Copenhagen Train Station. This classic hotel is very well situated in the heart of Copenhagen and within easy walking distance of all major attractions.

The hotel is an excellent value for its price and is beautifully maintained. The rooms were large with excellent bedding and a very nice double window that opened up onto the street. Also the furnishings were very attractive both inside the rooms and throughout the hotel. The hotel staff also, were very accommodating with my early arrival and promptly found an available room for me.

The lobby has a very nice bar that was very active most times of the day and the included breakfast was superb!

The Weber is a great choice!
