First, to correct, this hotel is listed as Oslo hotel, but it's not, it's located in Hamar. I've stayed at this hotel twice recently, and I'm quite satisfied. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
I once stayed in a non-smoking room, located in the new wing, this room was nice, and new. And the other time stayed in a smoking room, this room was not that great, a bit old, and tired, but still OK.
The breakfast is good, and should cover your needs.
The hotel is located not far from the city centre of Hamar, just a short walk. It's also not far from the E6.

I do think this hotel's regular rate is too high, as the hotel is located far from any large city, so if you can book early the price is OK.
