This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in when vacationing in Europe. We were treated with respect and smiles upon arrival. The hotel itself has museum like qualities in the lobby. Everyone was very nice and made our stay one of the best so far. They were very accommodating and always had answers to any questions we had. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and had a large selection of food available. This hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to Belvedere Palace. Burger King was also less than a 2 minute walk as well. Beautiful hotel as well as accommodations! Would definitely stay again!

From the beginning the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. While the hotel is tucked into a corner, public transportation is easily accessible. This hotel was reasonably priced and a great place to be a home base to explore the city. Internet and breakfast package can be purchased for extra euros. I recommend just an internet access package... it gets cheaper overall the more days you buy. Skip the "American" breakfast. There's a grocery store down the street. Room was clean and well maintained. There's a non-smoking floor, too which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Located right next to Belvedere castle - and a great park with a splendid view of the inner city of Vienna. This on one of the few hotels in Vienna with an indoor swimmingpool, sauna, and solarium.
