Nice but not wheelchair accessible

Excellent aspects of the hotel- comfortable bed, very helpful and friendly front desk staff who speak English well.
Disappointing aspects of the hotel- We booked the hotel largely for its advertised wheelchair accessibility. Unfortunately, the one wheelchair accessible room had a bed which was only slightly larger than a twin size, difficult for anyone in a wheelchair and a partner to sleep in together. In addition, the roof-top pool, although beautiful, can only be accessed by climbing approximately 20 stairs. There is no hot tub.
Also, visitors should be advised that wireless internet service is an additional charge- 65 euro a week. There is no free airport shuttle. Local phone calls cost 1 euro per minute.
