Quite nice actually!

The hotel lobby was modern and looked well generally what is expected of any hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The room rate was reasonable, $* for a standard room and I got a room with a beautiful view of the city park. Room was adequate .. considerably spacious and the bathroom was clean and well kept. There was a slightly loud hum of the air conditioning that needs to be looked into. Food at the hotel was good. Don't have much experience with cuisine but I cant complain about the food. I was there for 2 nights and was generally satisfied with my stay.

Hotel refused to honor the travel website rate. Hotel advertised free airport shuttle, then attempted $40 charge. Charged $1 extra in a cocktail for the lime "twist". I spent hours trying to rectify room charges.
