Great except for parking

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is a short distance from the casinos, but walkable even in the frigid weather we had. You can also take $2.25 bus rides there 24/7 if you don't want to walk. In-room free safe was a nice added feature. My biggest complaint is the lack of free parking. Hotel guests have to pay $14 per day to park in the convention center garage across the street--no cheaper alternative was offered. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room, so eating out is a must. The Tun Tavern downstairs (also provides the room service) was very good, however. We had some noisy guests running up and down our hall. Security may have responded after we complained, but it continued until 3 a.m. You can also hear voices from other rooms through the vents, but this was not a problem when we slept.

A high quality hotel that offers excellent service. The beds are large and comfortable and convenient parking is available right across the street at the convention center. Biggest drawbacks were no fan in the bathroom and it was a long walk to most of the major casinos. Service was good and there is a fun restaurant/pub located right in the Sheraton.

We booked this at the last minute for our Anniversary. It is 4 blocks from the boardwalk so about a 10 minute walk. The AC outlets are accross the street, McDonalds is 1.5 blocks away plus they have 2 eateries in house. Their are dozens of restaurant within walking distance. Excellent polite staff, room was basic with a few updates but clean and comfotable. We definitely could see why all travel sites rate this number 1 in AC. The site advertises wireless internet for a fee but is actually free but you do have to go to the second floor internet cafe. Wired access is free in the rooms. The only minus would be since it is connected to the convention center, it may be hectic if their was an event going on there. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!!

I came to AC for my anniversary with my boyfriend. At the recommendation of the hotel manager, we reserved a room with a city view. When we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the room was for the price. It had two fantastic views (one in the kitchen area & one in the bedroom). The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The hotel is within walking distance of all the shops and casinos. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
