Services Improving

Big improvements have been made compared to my last stay in 2005. The accommodations have been revamped to include Deluxe Suites and the restaurant has undergone full renovation. Housekeeping was late twice on this trip, I had a water heater issue which was cleared up same day. Management actively oversees guest comfort. I've realised that everything's not perfect but once you let them know your expectation everything works out great.
The resort does not use central heating and cooling systems, so each room is independent from the next. This I think needs to be changed as in the USA everything comes from one central source. They're the closets to all the activities, shopping, dining and clubbing in town though, so you will end up saving alot on cab fare and the walk in your nice shoes.
The fact that they only offer suites is a pus as it give the flexibilty to prepare your own meals if you're as health conscious as I am. No other resoprt in town offers rooms as equipped as they do and if there's something extra you'd like to make you stay more enjoyable the front desk team, take the extra effort for you. They are very service oriented.

This is by no means a resort. The rooms are individually owned and the modern conveniences such as circulating AC is minimum. These are apartments with the self service accommodations. This location is good for students and young people who will be there mainly to party because the rooms are for just sleeping and showering.
