Wonderful stay

This is the 4th time visiting this establishment. Had a wonderful time as usual. The staff was great, the entertainment folks are the best. Food was good, drinks even better!

First of all- not every room is an ocean view- as stated by the hotel. We didn't receive the room we requested and the staff was not friendly or accommodating. The bed was like a board, the showers had no water pressure. Even the AC in our room was broken.
The grounds were not all that nice and once again I must say the people were not friendly. For my first time outside country & was very disappointed.
I loved this resort, and you will too

This was my first trip to Jamaica and the resort was amazing. The drinks are strong, the staff is supper friendly and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. We tried not to spend too much time in the room as there was a lot to do at the resort and in Jamiaca in general. The food was EXCELLENT to say the least! The adult atmosphere is a great break for us parents and there is no one there pushing you to do anything other than exactly what you want. I loved the value of this resort and it made it possible for us to get out and see all ofthe major attractions in jamaica. I would recommend booking some of your definite must see sites online, but be open to meeting with the staff that help set up your excursions after you first arrive. My only regret is that we did not check out the resorts listing of things to do ( as some of them are included). Our room view was of the courtyard where dinners and the dinner entertainment took place. Lets see, I am thinking of things that I wish people would have commented on when I was researching my trip... As long as you are not looking for the Four Seasons and are more interested in leaving your cares behind, enjoying good food, meeting other couples or groups, and are ready to go on an safe adventure, Club Ambiance will meet all of your needs. I cannot wait unitl we can return again!
3rd Visit To Jamaica

My sister and I traveled to Club Ambiance to celebrate her birthday in July 2007 for 8 days. We vowed to return to Jamaica and Club Ambiance soon. Our return to Jamaica - our home away from home - May 6-May 21, 2008. Our stay was more memorable then the first. We would whole heartedly recommend Club Ambiance (and we have) for the enjoyment for Adults to relax and venture unhindered by children. Although, I think they should up the age to "No one under 25". But, that's just my opinion. The 4 Real Band kept up with requests by all. They were awesome. Special entertainment night included the Divas that sang with heart and soul. The dining and bar service was second to none. Every morning, lunch, dinner & snack was met with a beautiful smile and warm wishes for your enjoyment. We could not have asked for more courtesy then was offered to us on a daily basis. We shopped, climbed Dunn's River Falls, we paddle boated, relaxed in the pool, had a massage, we enjoyed the friendly company of the Jamaican people. Honestly, what more need be said. My sister and I are planning another visit to Club Ambiance for the New Year's Celebration. That should be the fantastic topping on an already delicious dessert. I thought this was a wonderful vacation! I was a little nervous about it all, but it was wonderful! The staff is so wonderful and fun! They all enjoy their jobs and it surely shows! We had a great time, and the food was delicious also! Next time I am planning on taking some snacks though! Lunch served at noon and dinner not until 7pm, too much time in between, so got a little hungry. The snack bar is much to be desired, but did in a pinch! I truly did enjoy my stay there!
