Excellent hotel that exceeded our expectations

This hotel was within two blocks of all of the wonderful public transportation that Vienna has to offer. Our room was large by European standards, clean and well furnished with a very comfortable bed, and a closet with plenty of space to hang clothes. We had two sinks, one in the same room with the bath/shower and one in the WC. This worked out great. The staff was very helpful including making reservations at restaurants for dinner and checking on the availability of tickets for a concert. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - one of the best I have seen. Lunch was hardly necessary. We were on a non-smoking floor in a non-smoking room and there is no smoking in the restaurant. That said ALL of Vienna reeks of cigarette smoke. In spite of that, we had a wonderful time.
