This hotel was a joy. It's located in a small (22 rooms) building in the heart of Old Town. The rooms are elebgant and spacious enough to almost be considered suites. The staff is extremely professional and fluent in English. The provided morning breakfast is very good, and room-service is provided by a nearby restaurant. I didn't order from it, but my friend told me the food was very good. Try the Vana Tallina in the mini-fridge. It's a local liquor. Very good, but quite sweet.
The TV has quite a few English channels. This hotel makes a great home base to explore Tallinn from. The Lobby Bar is open 24 hours a day, the third floor offers non-smoking rooms, every room has a safe, mini-bar, and a hairdryer, and there is a sauna on the top floor. They even offer a special room for people who suffer from chemical allergies.
