The Hotel Bristol was in the moderate range for a city like Zurich. The best part was that a day before leaving for our plane back to the U.S. we could sleep in a clean, quiet room with a beautiful bathroom setup, a great shower, and full, early breakfast at 6:30am in order to take a train to the airport just 10 minutes away from the city. It is an easy walk to this hotel from the station, just 5 minutes away, across the bridge, through an archway and turn left for one block. The cost was around $ 90 each but well worth it after a week of youth hostels. There is also a great Indian restaurant just steps away from the hotel which was welcome in pouring rain. Also, just outside the train station there is a very large Co-Op with freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, and fruit.
