Incredible stay and staff!

I visited with a group of 15 people. We had a great and wonderful time at the resort. The staff was great and treated everyone awesome. We had such a great time and will definitely go back!!
Good place to relax

The resort is a great place to relax and it's excellent for what it is. The beaches are very nice. I basically sat on the beach and relaxed while I was there. The cottages are quite cozy and I certainly prefer them over a hotel room.
I think the food can be better though. I expected fresh fish, etc. but I never really got that. The food was a bit bland. However, for an all inclusive resort, it is not bad.
Entertainment was quite fun. Some of the service staff were excellent and attentive.
Great value for money. Would definitely come back and spend more time. A cottage on the beach is highly recommended.

I have visited this hotel many times (>6). Often on my own as was the case on my most recent trip. The resort is SAFE --- they monitor who is leaving at night and ensure you return safely. The Staff is dedicated to you enjoying your stay. George at the Swing Bar is known throughout the world for the fun times to be had there just before dinner. The quiet pool is a nice place to relax and enjoy the sun away from it all. There are typically lots of visitors from the UK; Spain and Canada, so I've had the opportunity to make lots of good friends around the world.

Started off on a bad note when we tried to contact the hotel prior to our visit regarding how we were supposed to travel from the airport to the resort. They were extremely unhelpful and and wouldn't give us any sort of advise our inquiry. We ended up being swept up by a swarm of taxi guys who overcharged and overwhelmed two tired and clueless women - not a welcoming situation. The rest of the stay was great and though. We loved the "quiet pool", drinks were great and the rest of the staff (besides the front desk) were so friendly. This place is great if you have three star expectations.

over all the trip was great,for the money. the hotel staff friendly,the bar-tenders excellent,the housekeeping good and the food was plentiful. the nightly entertainment was good and perfect at no cost,but it could diversify a little. overall i would definetly return and purchase some of the off site activites offered on online travel website, or at the representatives area. hey for what its worth- great deal for the money.It was not as bad as other reviews have describe it. i do believe that this is for the more mature and still fun seeking,relaxing vacationer from 38 years old-older couples. if you want to be on the chase, this is not it,but if you want to unwind ,relax, worry free, and take all it has to offer then the Royal Decameron carribean club is the place for your on private get-awy
