Good place for families, but not for romance. Hotel not fully functional when we arrived-no pool, no shops. Should have been told it was not fully operational when we booked. Room was just OK. Lots of childen running up and down the halls.

We reserved an ocean view room and were mislead and received a partial bay view and concrete view. We were vey disappointed and asked for some assistance. The management team were not accommodating in the least and extremely unhelpful. We would not recommend this hotel based on service. Also, we waited to get food service at "Tiptoe" could not get eye contact for 15 minutes - terrible service all around and poor managment!

Was very miss lead by Wyndham staff in Boston. Got what I thought was a good internet rate which turned out to be the same as an high priced hotel on the island. Rooms were flea bag like and very small. I was told I was paying for the view. Don't stay there.

A wonderful stay for five days and nights on our 50th anniversary. We were treated like royalty by the staff and our room was updated . wonderful and clean beaches. The food was good but high priced but where in Bermuda isn`t it. Going to book another vacation for the fall or spring of 2007 at the Wyndham. I highly recommend this hotel and it was the best vacation my wife and myself have ever had. If you have a problem talk to the staff and it will be fixed to your satasfaction.
