The staff was very helpful. I was very lost when I arrived at the concierge took the time to help me find the tour company I was using the next day, plus helped me choose the best bus route to take. Anything I needed was provided for, the rooms were very clean and great care was taken. The breakfast they have is very basic, but when I wanted a real breakfast I just went into the city of London. The location is ok, so to speak, it is about a 20 minute bus ride from the center of London, but this one isn't near any tube stops, though it is near a National Rail station. Anyone who is looking for a place to sleep while they tour London would be happy with this selection, there are no bells and whistles, but really, if you are going to London, you really don't need any distractions at the hotel.

The hotel turned out much better than we expected. Very clean, modern and uptodate. Continental breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. Wandsworth is a good area within easy reach of London - if you know how to take advantage of the buses and Wandsworth Town train station. For example, take bus 28 to Fulham Broadway to get onto underground system; hop onto bus 44 to Victoria; or catch train to Waterloo (near London eye), or Clapham Junction for connection to Gatwick. Hotel cleaning staff was friendly and very helpful in making us feel at home. Excellent value for money - even though we travelled during peak summer season.
