A very good choice in Mexico City

We live in Mexico and love to go to Mexico City for cultural events. This hotel meets our needs well because for the price it offers a pleasant place to stay.
We have difficulty each time with the a/c. We select an a/c room mostly because it keeps out the street noise. It is impossible to regulate the a/c in the room. And, it is so noisy that we frequently have to change rooms. The staff knows that the system is awful, but they pretend they will fix it.
