lacks hospitality

We spent two nights here recently. The rooms were fine,but a bit small. The main problem was the hospitality. The man at the front desk was not helpful. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to put our luggage in the hallway and wait an hour. Every question we had was met with what seemed like extreme irritation for bothering him and on the morning we checked out, he got into a yelling match with one of the maids! I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone that likes being waited on and appreciated.
