The food for one could be better but it still is on top!! You can eat all you want, as with all hotels, which makes it even more amazing. Activities are another plus as well as the fact that the staff in charge of the daily activities do try to get their guests involved into their fun activities. So kayaking in the sea where the waves are friendly so no need to fear..

Breezes Runaway Bay was a Super Vacation! So much to do.... The food was awesome from the buffet to the restaurants. We even had sushi and teppenyaki... The shows were fun. Great resort with just the right number of rooms. No small kids which was great as I traveled with my husband and teenagers. Lots of activities, super food, and everything was included. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We all had a blast. They even got my son to dance in public!
And it was all included!

We picked, Breezes Runaway because it seemed that, for the price we were looking for, it was what we wanted. The resort is directly across from the golf course, which is the reason most people stay here. We do not golf, and like to join in the activities at the resort and relax. This is not a family resort. If you want to participate in activities, be prepared to drink yourself silly, or get naked. There is very little clean, true fun. The activities-staff hump, each other, speakers, the floor, or whatever is handy at night to the point that it is vulgar. The food is great. Stay in the 1000 block if you want sleep. The 2000 block has the disco and casino, and the 3000 has the dietary carts that travel by your windows at 2am and again at 5-6am—the room doors echo every time they are closed.

It's an older resort that (in my opinion) SuperClubs has done a SUPER job of maintaining. It's right on the beach, the people are extremely friendly and laid-back, not to mention SUPER-fun. The food was very, very good--I never had a night where I couldn't find something I liked. I went back for seconds most nights. Our group ranged in age from 24 years old to 58 years old, and EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is interested in having a blast at a reasonable price in an laid-back atmosphere. If that's not your cup of tea, then you probably won't have a good time here.

The rooms are a bit larger than other standard resort rooms. We stayed in a standard garden-view room, which was very nice. The balcony overlooked beautiful gardens, and our room got a great breeze off the ocean. It was very clean, even the bathroom (I'm fussy!). There was a CD payer, mini-fridge, and very comfy bed!
