Wonderful staff

The hotel is conveniently located to the Metro and within walking distance of major Brussels attractions. The breakfast was nice and there was a nice selection of foods. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was fantastic. They were friendly and curteous and were very patient and helpful when the booking agency had not sent our reservation. The only downside was the lack of Wifi in the rooms.

Large room and bath, comfortable bed, very clean room, excellent breakfast included in room price, helpful staff and good location. Located in financial district just two blocks from North train Station. We liked it enough that we came back and stayed here another night the next week, near end of our vacation.
