Nice Staff, Hotel Needs Upkeep

It was HOT in Portland when we were there. There was not air conditioning in the lobby. The air conditioner in our room did not work, so they switched rooms for us. The new room's air conditioner worked better, but still not great. The room was clean and comfortable. It looks like the hotel has done some refurbishing, but has some mechanical issues to take care of. We usually don't stay in Gresham, but needed to for a business transaction. It is not the best area of Portland to stay. The cost of the hotel was great compared to others in the immediate area, the staff was willing to help and treated guests with care.
