In need of comple overhaul!

This is an old hotel, and it seems it has NEVER been updated! The rooms are old which is fine, but things that need replaced have not been. One of the beds tilted like a see-saw when you didn't sit exactly in the middle, the room was muggy and warm even though the ac ran continuoulsy. There was a questional substance on the back of both headboards. Even though we had a room for 4 people we were only given 3 towls and wash clothes. When we went to the front desk for an extra one they told us they didn't have anymore and to go find a maid. There was a musty smell and there were NO lights in the parking lot which made us feel very unsafe. We found several bugs in the room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, donuts and packaged honey buns. Be sure to get there early because it wasn't replenished. Hotel staff was not knowledgeable with the computer and couldn't even find the reservations. There are a few other hotels close by that I would try before EVER staying here again! A lot of changes need to be made!
