Fabulous Trip- Food Allergy aware hotel

What a great experience we had here! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. The water park was a hit with my three children (ages 3, 6 and 11). Two of my children have severe food allergies- the head chef- and entire staff were incredibly knowledgeable and aware. They even had a peanut free kitchen!
The room was clean and the view from the deck was lovely.
I cant express again how incredible the front desk staff and restaurant staff were!
The spa services weren't as great- probably the only down side to an otherwise great experience.

After reading both of the previous reviews I was a little conflicted, but decided to check it out. I can understand where the first reviewer was coming from, initially. The lobby was dated and the ceiling was leaking. Being near the pool there was a musty odor. Beyond that everything was great. The room was big and recently renovated. The bathroom was clean with ample hot water and pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining was great, breakfast buffet fantastic. They apparently have dinner theme nights as well. The mountain views fantastic. The new pool/waterpark area (the reason my family went up there) was the best. It is smaller than some we have travelled to however, it is only open to hotel guests. It was never over crowded. There were ample safety/lifeguards there. Overall we had a great getaway! A much needed break from our winter routine!!!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is a lot older on the inside than I anticipated. It has a very old and musty smell throughout. Very long dorm style hallways. We didn't even stay for one night we were that disappointed. We did keep our spa appointment but that was just a bad. It was on the basement floor all the way to the end of the hotel. Service was not friendly. Services were not provided as scheduled. I will never go back to this hotel.
