Fantastic location. It's clean and has a lot to offer. There's an in-room safe, a great breakfast, indoor and outdoor seating, the Roth Restaurant (listed in Top 10 Places to eat), and a great staff that is English-speaking, helpful, and knowledgeable. I hope I get the name correct, but Martin the desk clerk was outstanding. He helped with transportation, assisted us with directions--too many things to mention. A great asset to the hotel.
The ATM is about 5 minutes away, and the church Votivkirche is next door, with transportation stops all around you. Taxis are right outside. The University Area is two minutes away, and restaurants, bars, shops, and parks are all around the hotel. We were in walking distance to the Film Festival and not too far of a walk to St. Stephens. An English newspaper was available every day, along with brochures, maps, and tour info at the desk. We could not have picked a better location to stay.
