Hotel rooms need improvement

We stayed on this hotel for 10 days and my daughters enjoyed the best part of this hotel thats the swimming pool the rooms are clean but the beds mattresses are as hard as rocks, the toilet was hard to flush and old,the bathroom door didn't close tight, the sink needed to be replaced the tv was old, the tact buttons was broken and no remote control was provided food are very expensive and little. We don't know who rated this hotel with 3 stars I will rate it with 1 star I think we could get a better stay for the same amount of money on a different hotel.Too much money for a place like this.

This hotel is great. We had a great time and defintely would go back again. The staff was GREAT! Especially the restaurant staff. The only downfall I could say was that it was pretty loud at night. We were on the 10th floor and the band in the restaurant was still very loud till about midnight every night. That made it kind of tough to sleep at night. Other that that, it was AWESOME! A great place to go and I recommend it for anyone!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel and poolside. Clean rooms, but VERY noisy at night if your room is facing the street, and the curtains let in too much light if you like to sleep in. Only ate at the restaurant once, for Sunday buffet, was very good. Service was good. Pool was cold. Location on the beach was excellent. Most staff were friendly. Close to great restaurants in the area. I would go back, if in an Oceanview room.

Very Nice Hotel with beautiful views

Very impressed with this hotel. booked suite with kitchenette, but only for the ocean view and it was worth it. My balcony had ocean views from both sides. Gorgeous. The door to the connecting room was pretty bad -- when the light was turned on in the next room I could see it around the door frame and could hear the family as if they were right on top of me. Annoying, but more bothersome because of safety issues. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is to try a new hotel.

"We were there during Christmas'06 for a week! This is a great hotel and wonderfully located, the beach is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. Very clean hotel, the staff is cleans the beach every morning and evening.. that says a lot! The beach is on one side and shopping on the other. Very convenient to catch a bus for a trip downtown or grocery store. The pools are great.. we had a blast and will stay there again, of course!!"
