not a four-star hotel

We reserved for three guests at this hotel, but the accommodations provided upon our arrival were for two people only. The person who handled the problem at the front desk seemed irritated rather than helpful. The double bed my daughters and I shared was uncomfortable to begin with and smelled like cigarette smoke, as did the entire hotel. On the bright side, the person at the front desk the following morning was very helpful, and the hotel's location was near a tram stop which took us directly to Vienna's inner ring.
