My only complaint is that I had to pay for Internet Service. I feel that in this day and age Internet should be provided.

I new that the stay at a Renaissance Hotel should have been one that would be excellent and it lived up to all that I thought it would. If I have a chance to find another deal like this I would take it.

The room was clean and comfortable But what was most noticeable was the lack of noise. The room was very quiet. The hotel was not next to the attractions but it had a People Mover stop at the other end of the mal, very convenient.

Near all of downtown Detroits nightlife, casinos and sporting venues. Don't venture out of the tourist areas though. Roughly 2 miles in any direction of the hotel is safe.
