Hotel needs updating badly. Staff and desk people were very nice. The room was adequate and clean.

years ago this was a good place to stay, great location, great price.
This place has totally gone down hill. It was so dirty I almost couln't stand it. I tried to get another room at a differnt hotel but everything in the area was booked.
The sheets were frayed and didn't fit the bed. The mattress was flat and lumpy. The blankets and bedspread was stained and dirty. I wouldn't even walk around without my sandlles the rug was so gross. Forget the couch...it was stained and blackened....it was so so bad it ruined my trip. I have been going to the cape for more than 20 years. We Use to own a trailer and stay there, the past 10 years we have stayed in hotels. I have had some questionalbe ones, but this one by far takes the cake.
Staff very very unfriendly to top it off. The price is right, but not worth it, spend an little more and feel good about where you are staying.

The bed was very uncomfortable, The sheets and blankets, were very old, the towels had stains, and the paint job that the hotel claims they just had done, looks like a ten year old did it, there was duct tape on our door, to keep out drafts?? There were covered up holes in the walls, the room was very dingy, no menus are in the rooms, had to go to lobby to "look at the menus" There is no longer a restuaraunt on site, the breakfast room looked like they had just thrown something togther at the last minute. Will never stay here again. There was all kinds of broken down wood planks on one of the decks. Extremely Disappointed! Not worth it, when there are MANY more inns on the Cape.

Rooms were clean. Sheets paper thin, mattresses old, uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Continental breakfast good, no room service. More like a 1 or 2 star not the 3 star rating another website rated it. The indoor pool area had missing tiles. This hotel in my opinion was not worth the money spent in the off season at over $120.00 per night for the jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi was only big enough for one person.
