convenient location and stylish rooms

Rooms were spacious, attractive in wallstreet style--modern and clean. Very pleased with room--comfortable, very nice bathroom, high ceilings, large floor to ceiling window. Centrally located between Alexanderplatz and Potsdam Platz. Subway stop is on the corner making it quick and easy to get to anywhere. Quiet area immediately surrounding the hotel--couple subway stops in either direction puts you right in the heart of popular attractions. Very reasonably priced for high quality--could get twice the price in states.
A Nice Enough Place on the Edge of Mitte

Located on the southeastern edge of Mitte, Berlin's "civic center" district, it's not all that far from Unter den Linden or the shopping on Friedrichstrasse. That being said, it's not exactly surrounded by a sea of restaurants. The rooms are nice enough, if you don't mind the "stock market and dollar sign" decor, and the bathrooms well-appointed. My only real knock was with the ok-but-not-great service. I asked for a room with a single queen bed, and got one with two double beds. Wake-up calls were a somewhat random event (fortunately, usually too early rather than too late).

Nothing but good things, the front desk was super friendly, the bar was nice, the rooms immaculate, and the location was nice and quiet - away from the touristy stuff, but a U-Bahn 1 block away. The cleaning staff was super friendly and wasn't knocking on the door every 15 minutes in the morning. Just put the do not distub on your door if you like to sleep late. Beds were super comfy. Lots of little restaurants close by and Alexanderplatz is a nice walk from the hotel. Highly recommended, I plan to stay there again if I am in Berlin again.
