Hotel Brunswick...nice on the inside.

The hotel's main entrance more of an alley than an entrance---complete with construction (that's understandable) but also the dead pigeon, broken bottles, trash and general lack of anything remotely inviting. The room was fine although the new toilet is too large for the bathroom so the door doesn't fully open as you enter to use the sink, tub and/or toilet. Otherwise...room was very nice. The morning buffet was okay.....but only that......certainly better than nothing.

Nice remodeled room and very friendly staff

My room was very clean and cozy with a wonderful view of the city. All of the staff I encountered at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I unfortunately had a room right next to the elevator- which I didn't realize I could hear until I tried to get to sleep that night. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel- just make sure your room isn't next to the elevator.

Great Experience

I've stayed several times in this hotel and return to it everytime I visit my daughter & grandkids. They have recently remodeled so anything negative should not be taken seriously. This is a very nice hotel, very, very comfortable beds (and I have a "bad back"). I've never had a problem. They also have private off street parking, which is a very big plus. It is close to my daughter and I stay here b/c I can't go up steps. She lives in a 3rd flr. apartment, so it is very nice to have a good place to stay.close to her. I'll be even happier once they get the fitness room in. The pool is great, too.

Give it a try! I think it's worth it!

This hotel was great! The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was beautiful. The restaurant food was DELICIOUS! Try the crab cakes! Overall, we loved it!

Worst Hotel I ever stayed at. I have nothing nice to say about our stay. We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was not very nice. The staff is rude and unfriendly, also check your bill very carefully before leaving the hotel.. The picture that you see on the web is a doctored photo, the holel looks nothing at all like the picture. Save your money and stay home.
