Dreams Cancun Resort

Our first impression of Dreams was that it was not what we expected. Upon arrival, the looks of the hotel reminded me of office buildings. When we entered our hotel room (dolphin and oceanview), it looked nice and clean with white and turquiose colors. The bathroom needed updating. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. The food is excellent. I really enjoyed the Oceana restaurant the most but I heard that the Seaside Grill is outstanding. Its adults only and we had kids so we didn't do it. The buffet meals were great everyday too. If you love to swim in a swimming pool, then this isn't the hotel for you. The pool is small compared to the beach on the property that is manmade and next to the dolphin pool. We laid out at the beach the whole week and it was fine with us. There are two beaches: the second one is on the ocean side by the towers and more private. We spent our week near the dolphin pool at the beach. The beach area is small but long but it was fine for us. The hotel is spacious and we never felt crowded even though we were there during Spring break. The shows were very nice and overall, a very relaxing trip. If you love nightlife, the nightclubs are within walking distance. I would avoid the Flea Market and take a 10 minute cab ride to this outdoor mall which is much cheaper than the Flea Market. The service was great and very polite. The grounds were always clean.

The Dreams Resort was worth the money! A large hotel with a lot going on! We stayed in the tower and it was worth the upgrade. The food was a 7 out of 10...pretty good, just not spectacular. The resort is very windy because it is on the tip of the land. That was the only downside of the entire trip was the darn wind. Otherwise, I'd stay at this hotel again.

My boyfriend and I went to Cancun for Spring break and we had the best time of our life! The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was top notch, super friendly, attentive and whatever you needed they had it! The food was great! We stayed in the deluxe dolphin/ocean view room and it was GORGEOUS! Room Service was always on time, the atmosphere of the hotel was GREAT! It is definetly kids oriented and couple oriented. I would definetly recommend anyone to stay at this resort! We would lay out on the beach and if you needed food or drinks the staff would bring it to you, so you didn't have to move for nothing, just RELAX and ENJOY the gorgeous view of the beach that the resort has to offer. We were in walking distance to the entertainment/clubs at night. Definetly try the couples massage on the beach which was absolutley relaxing! We are defintely going back to Dreams Resort!

One of my best hotel experiences!
