Hotel and property was gorgeous! Enterntaiment committee was great! We took a family vacation five adults, two children and EVERYONE had a great time. Food was excellent! Service at the restaurants was out of this world. Staff sincerely want you to have fun and frequently respond, "My pleasure." We highly recommend this resort!

Beach area was beautiful (act. there r 2 diff. beaches) plenty of shade, & drink/food service. Nightly entertainment was a bit weak. My 8 yr. old enjoyed Kids Club. Rooms were not as nice as expected. Beds are very hard. roomservice only takes 35min. but limited menu. Best rest. is the Oceana (cooked to order) Seaside Grill was a disappointment, food was way over cooked, baked potato uneatable & steak well done. Himitsu sushi was what you would expect in Mexico. Some people raved about the sushi there but my family only ate there once. Less than desirable for real sushi eatters. Stayed in the towers (upgraded on arrival) & had beautiful oceanview. towers have there own daily breakfast in lobby w/ bar & concierges. Don't fall for the hotel credit (we had $300) it's basically unuseable, so many constrictions they don't explain online as well as "free" golf. Overall you will have fun, good all-inlcusive resort.

Overall I was very pleased with the resort. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and we both were satisfied. Like any hotel there are some things that could be improved on but one thing this hotel has mastered is customer service. From the time you arrive to the time you exit you are going to be treated first class. There are activites planned mush like a cruise so during the day there is always something to do. The beaches are small yes but thet get the job done. None of the food was terrrific but it all taste good ( actually except for the room service cheese cake- do not order, actually do order so you can see what I am talking about. The mini bar was stocked every night. Many waiters on staff everywhere, many shops and clubs in walking distance. If you are trying to have the best of both worlds menaing a high class resort and save a penny this is the place.

We were very happy with the hotel service, they were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The pool hours could have been later, due to the extreme heat. Food was so so, not very child friendly for our eight year old grandaughter, my wife did not care much for it either. It is a "family" resort, but be aware there is a swim up bar and there is alot of drinking in the pool and around the pool so things are loud and with alot of unpleasant language. Our bed was comfortable, and the room clean, but the room was disappointing it needs updating, not so attractive. The kids loved the dolphin swim however, it is very expensive. The beach area is not all that big, and there was alot of sea weed. All in all we had a good vacation, but felt is was below our expectatons for the money. The activity group there did a good job. Also the grounds were well kept. Would I go back, honestly no. The employees were excellent, that is the best part of the whole experience.
