Great stay

I found the hotel a little hard to find but when i called the resort they gave me helpfull directions to find the place, and it was well worth the driving around the place is very beautiful the front desk members were very helpfull and made me feel welcomed. When i reported a broken microwave the maintenace man did not show up to help me and when i went to the resort manager to talk about this situation and it seemed as if he did not know how to handle this situation. The head maintenace man seemed to be more helpfull in my situation. The area of the hotel... (which in fact learned it was a timeshare) is very beautiful up against the mountain i was a few feet away from touching it. And is only a few blocks from the actual downtown area. I would love to come back again when maybe the manger is no longer there \.

This place it awesome! The resort desk team is simply amazing, they take super care of their
guest. I can see why it is such a popular place. The resort manager however lacks in customer service. He was at the front desk when I checked in and was a bit bothered that a
employee had to ask him a question. The employee was very nice and polite very helpful to me
and my party, I really appreciated all that the young man did to help us. And we will be back.
