Quote: This is a beautiful hotel. We had slight issues in that the hair dryer and television didn't work, but other than that, the stay was great. The hotel is beautiful and has a great view of the castle.

Quote: Location was excellent, hotel is beautiful (floorplan a bit eccentric). Close to Edinburgh Castle and Princes' street. Staff was not helpful, not welcoming, did nothing extra to warrant me staying at their hotel again
