this was without question the best vacation ever!!! Staff was awesome and we had a wonderful room!! Can't swim on the Pacific side but could go to Sea of Cortez side and swim. Plenty of pools at resort!! I was in awe and will search long and hard to find another place like this!!!

Nicest place I've stayed. Built into hillside so every room has great ocean view from balcony. Pools excellent, beach quiet, gardens BEAUTIFUL! Staff attentive. Only problem is golfcarts used to shuttle guests up & down hillside are noisy - especially at 3am! (kinda fun though). Not a party place - no nightlife and older, more affluent guests.

we have traveled extensively and this is our favorite resort. It is beautiful. The ocean view and breeze is fabulous. We took a cooking class with chef antonio from the Frida restaurant. It was a unique opportunity to learn from a first class chef and also to eat a fantastico meal. we will visit here again. The lobby is ornately decorated with beautiful art and furnishings. The cigar bar is a cozy hide away room off the lobby that is beautifully decorated also.

My wife and I absolutely adore all the Pubelo Bonito resorts. At the Sunset, you have the relaxation and quiet. At the Rose, you are close to everything and their food is exquisite. The beauty of all these resorts is undescribable. We can't wait to see what the holistic resort has to offer. Beware of the potent Marquerita's!

I purchased a timeshare last year and this was my first year to use this....Glad I purchased. Still alot more building and improvement to come in the near future.
