The peacful side of Cabo

This hotel is a bit out of the way from the center of things in Cabo which turns out to be a wonderful thing if you're looking for romance with the additional option of heading into town in the evening via a shuttle service. Rhis cuts off at around 11pm, but you can always get an inexpensive cab service. The restaurants on the premises are OUTSTANDING! Freida's was perhaps one of THE best dining experiences we have ever had! Might I add, we are in the restaurant industry... The only minus is: in some of the rooms that you may stay in, you will be challanged to get back and forth from due to the hilly terrain. Shuttle cars are readly availble. Just remember to give yourself a bit of extra time. This is a beautiful and relaxing hotel!

Very secluded and quiet.

We really loved the resort. A few things though, first We didnt know that the beach was a no swimming beach. So if your reading you can not swim at this beach you have to take a shuttle 15 minutes into town to swim at a sister resort. But really We liked the resort becasue it was very private adn quiet. It wasnt over packed or crowded. And the pools were amazing and really so were the happy hours!!! The food there was VERY EXPENSIVE and so so on taste. My advice would be to go into town to eat(which is a 15 minute taxi ride to town).

Amazing get-away spot

This is a must go place. This is not a flat sprawling complex that seems to go on forever like some resorts as it's built in a hill side that flows right onto the beach, and has multiple buildings staggered across the property to afford every room an ocean view. They have a golf cart service to transport you whereever you need to go, and they are prompt. Depending on where your room is located, most of the resort is walkable (although this is more of an effort for those a bit older and/or out of shape), but you wont mind. Located 5 minutes outside the hussle and bussle of town, the shuttle service and taxi fleet (usually $*) were easy and available.

Although the buildings and location are beautiful, this is a timeshare facility with emphasis on sell sell sell. The Pacific waters infront of the hotel is too dangerous to swim, with significant riptides. The hotel buses you to the other side of Baha to a sister hotel so you can swim (sometimes the buses are full and you have to wait an hour for the next one).

This hotel is breath taking! This was my first time in mexico and i'm happy to say that i stayed at this hotel. Definitely top notch. I traveled with 5 of my girlfriends and we loved it, and wished that we stayed longer!! We did horse back riding @ sunset, but had to go off site to do so. If you want to participate in activities you will have to go offsite. If you just want to relax perfect place. Very neat, and clean! I would definitely revisit this resort!! loved it!!
