One Wonderful Experience

Hotel is beautiful. 13 foot wood trayed ceilings, spotlessly clean, friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Easy communication as they all spoke excellent english. Great breakfast buffet with wonderful buffet staff. Any question was intelligentlly answered either immediately or after the staff's search of their computer. Great suggestions for local restuarants within our price ranges and great suggestions for tours to take or methods to get to sights without the expense of a tour.
Bed was very comfortable, but a little low to the floor for aging knees. Loved the big down pillows. Big windows that open sideways or just tilt for a little air. Location was within a miniutes walk to the underground station and five minutes to the Prater Amusement Park area.
No need for a car, the underground, busses, and trams get you anywhere fast and cheap. The one ticket covers all means of transport. About 14 Euros per person per week.
