Location /location /location if you want solitude and to be away from the crowds /this is the place. Nice mixture of young and older people the most beautiful beach we've ever seen and we.Ve been to many. Not a new place but friendly and clean .

We enjoyed our week at Ocean Club Resort. Staff were friendly (always had a smile and greeting) and always helpful. We enjoyed having a kitchen and sitting area - much nicer than having just a room. The beach was beautiful and well maintained and the umbrellas were greatly appreciated, even by sun-worshipers like us. Since food is on the expensive side, we took advantage of our kitchen and the guest grills for cooking out. We've traveled to the Caribbean 17 times in the past 20 years and felt the resort was an excellent value for the money. We definitely hope to go back.

We really enjoyed our room, and having a kitchen in our room was very convenient, and the room was very clean and always spotless and clean. The staff were all very friendly, especially the concierge. Would recommend renting a rental car before coming to the island. A rental car is a must to explore the island. Cabs on the island are extremely expensive. The local IGA is a great place to pick up groceries and snacks, as meals can be quite pricey. The beach is truly beautiful. The Cabana Bar is a great place for a meal, right on the ocean, and was moderately priced. We would have preferred to have an ocean view, but the stay was still very pleasant, and we will definitely return in the future.

Want to go back

Ocean Club was nice. It was hurricane season, so there were only a few people staying at the hotel besides us. It is a perfect location on the beah. Our room was clean and pretty nice. we were never in the room anyways. The restaurants at the hotel were good and we ate at the seaside cafe every day for breakfast which was really good. Hotel needs some rennovation and I would recommend staying at ocean club west because it is newer and a little nicer. Never a problem finding chairs or unbrellas by the beach. Ocean club is a little far from most of the restaurants. Our favorite was Tiki Hut or Hemingways. Don't miss the sunsets. They are amazing. Water was the most beautiful, turquoise that I have seen. Weather was great. Probably will not stay at Ocean Club again and at a larger resort. Had a great time though and can't wait to go back.

Please don?t call it pristine!

Instead of quietness and gorgeous waters during our recent vacation at the Turks and Caicos we found ourselves surrounded by construction cranes working to create an artificial beach right next to us. The noise was continuous from dawn to dusk?every single day of our seven days staying, Sunday included. The exhaustion fumes of the cranes and trucks were often pushed to us by the wind. The water was cloudy and muggy and during the last days it became so dirty and scummy, always covered with disgusting layers of dirt and foam bubbles, that nobody dared entering it.
