Good Old Fashioned Style

There was a quality about the place which went beyond the fixtures and fittings. The plus was the owners mother (an elderly lady who seemed to do a lot of unstylish knitting and sitting in the reception area), she showed this hotel was in no way a corporate clone, but a holiday destination with a great deal of charm. Whilst we were there they were redecorating some of the rooms and provided they keep up this programme, this hotel should continue to charm for many years.
