Quality Inn-Seaford DE

I stayed over night with the family. The sofa bed was dirty (mattress) so the child had to share the king bed with parents (not too comfortable night). The building looks much better on the picture as compared to reality. Rooms are dirty. It is a motel - class 1 star.

If I could get his name (I couldn't pronounce it) I would let you know to steer clear of him. He was very rude. I asked for a cot, they didn't have one, when we got to our room that had 2 double beds, only one had a blanket on it. I called front desk to have him say "I was killing him" and he hung up...in the morning, I asked again for a blanket, not an EXTRA blanket just one for the bed....again, I was killing him.....

Below grade hotel for the price I paid.

The hotel could use housekeeping in the common areas, particulary the stairwells, pool area, and breakfast nook. Where my room was located, it was overlooking a back yard which was very poorly lit. There were dark corners which caused me to be very alert when going to my room. The kitchen area/breakfast nook was very low grade and not freslhy kept. All I could bare to partake of was the orange juice. It felt more like an s.r.o. than a hotel.

This hotel was booked for a 1 wk vacation w/family. My 10 yr old daughter found a bloody mattress at 11pm the night we checked in and the service desk didn't do anything to help. My wife and I went took the bloody mattress to another room and got a different one because the clerk didn't lift a finger to held

We booked this hotel because it was newly renovated for a 1 wk vacation and we only stayed 2 nights (because there was nothing else in Seaford available), bloody mattress broke the straw and the staff didn't move it, my husband and I did at 11pm at night after our 10 year old daughter found it. Moved to another hotel on a Sunday when there was a room available. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.....
