We had a fab time at the Breezes Super Club..Food was great.I would go back..

Room was dirty. No entertainment. Al-inclusive food was great.

We booked 2 rooms, one for us, one for our teenage daughters, for 6 nights. Both rooms had patio doors that barely hung on, if you actually opened the door you could hardly close it. The patio doors had at least a half inch gap where the wind just blows in, making the room quite cold. The whistling sound was enough to keep you up at night! We had to stuff towels, wedged in with plastic spoons, in the cracks to stop the rattling. The front desk refused to change rooms, for 2 days, kept telling us that no rooms were available, but they kept checking other people in. We finally decided to leave after 3 nights, they couldn't print up a bill, said that they would give us credit for 3 nights. We have yet to receive credit, or even get a return phone call. They were the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The lobby is loud, dirty, musty and just plain old run down nasty, with very uncomfortable chairs. Maid service is slow at best, floors in rooms are tile with grout so worn down it hurt to walk on it barefoot. The main dining hall smells musty, or fishy, and the food was either overcooked or just plain bland. The activity list they have for everyday would have been better being burned in a fire to keep warm, since they didn't stick to the list. Activities would either start late, or not happen at all. Hopefully, I can prevent just one person from staying there and wasting their hard earned money on such a dump that back in the States it would probably be condemned.

I wish I would have listened to the reviews don't make the same mistake!! This hotel was terrible it was dirty, smelly, humid, muggy and just plain old nasty. You can tell the staff was told they had to be nice, but it was not genuine and no one was ever really helpful. The rooms were dirty, run down, moldy and leaky. The walls to the hotel room were so thin you could hear the next guest when they sneezed. If you enjoy hearing other drunk guest enter their hotel rooms at 3am and have loud, drunken sex then this hotel is for you! Even the safe in the room is nasty it's like an old rusty box glued to the muggy closet floor I literally thought twice about having to put my valuables in it. The hotels hallways are leaking and the wall paper is falling off. The pool was literally a dirty bathtub for the beach pigeons. It was disgusting we did not step foot near it. The food was ok definately try the restaurants but getting reservations is not easy it's a race of who gets to the nasty staff at the front desk first! The location of the hotel is great (what a shame it's such a dump). The beach is also beautiful and surprisingly very well maintained the staff cleans it up every night. The hotel is just a bus ride to town and to the ferries which will take you pretty much anywhere you'd want to go.

from the time we landed at the airport to the transfer to the hotel, the check in, stay , chekc out and transfer back to the airport everything was quick, very courteous and just awesome. food was excellent, nightly themes for entertainment were fun, booze is good, many activities and tours with helpful staff. would strongly recommend booze/cruise and the astrada gardens. vendors on beach were kind of annoying but just say no once politely and they will leave you alone..be rude about it and expect to get it back. casino next door. front desk gave us transfer back to airport an hour early to beat the 11 a.m check out rush from all the resorts. would strongly reccommend
