Clean, well-kept property. Staff members speak perfect English and are attentive to guest needs. Cable tv in your room. Lack of hot water.

Food ranged from good to vile - how lucky do you feel. Tours are great but the same ones are offered all over. We were overcharged $200 on check out. When I complained, I eventually got to the owner who called me "ignorant", "cheap" and "an asshole", and said he was going to call the police if I did not give him my credit card. Seperately, when speaking with my wife, he essentially said that he had given us a very good rate through our travel agent and was getting it back. Oh, and did I mention that there is no hot water in the bathrooms?

At first I wasn't going to stay here because of a review that was written but I am glad my better part got the best of me. Once I arrived, I was greeted by the night staff and they were very accomondating. Two of the night staffers even took me to pick mangos off a tree. The cabin was very clean and they kept it up all the time I was there. Since I don't eat any other meat except fish, the cook made me a superb seafood meal that melted in my mouth. The grounds were kept up very nicely and if you are into exotic plants, they have an abundance on the property. I do plan on staying here again but this time I will be bringing my daughter with me.
I will see all of you soon

The hotel website was misleading saying they help arrange transportation. The hotel staff were very unhelpful in assisting us in finding taxi's, bus route information, and other general transportation questions. The hotel staff neglected to get back to us on several occasions despite promises they would. The customer service aspect was truely disappointing considering we were counting on them for some direction being in a foreign country. The hotel charges outrageous prices for the tours they run. The food selections were below average and the resort is far from town!

The location was the best about this hotel. It wasn't in the middle of the city, but it wasn't too far away. It only took about 5 minutes to drive into town and we didn't have to take any rough roads to get there. The staff is somewhat helpful, but we went during rainy season and there weren't many guests. We were in fact their only guests, and they still didn't upgrade us to a nicer room. Rooms are standard. They have a nice pool looking over the Mountains. Food wasn't very good.
