Not Very Helpful or Clean

The staff did not honor my request for two beds in the room. Although I understand that bed type, non-smoking, etc. are only ever "requests and not a guarantee" I have never not gotten a request at any hotel. The staff was not helpful. I was told that they had no two-bed rooms available, however I knew others that checked in after me that day and they received their request for two beds. Not sure why the hotel couldn't give me one of those rooms when I checked in. I booked online and I got the feeling that made my options at the hotel less flexible. Also, rooms were not very clean and the shower head was broken. I wouldn't stay here again.
Nice room, especially for the price

The room was clean and the staff I encountered were friendly. I was surprised how noisy it was, but it coould have been a fluke. Lots of people going in and out of rooms, slamming doors. Made it a little difficult to sleep, as it was a weekday. Would stay there again and give it another chance. Lots of things to do within walking distance, if I had time.
Would definatley stay there again and recommend to friends

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean and newly remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the view was great.

never would we stay again the "air" did not work could not open window,it was to hot to sleep,also when we got home we checked our charges and they charged us TWICE,they did correct it but what if we had not checked our account,how many pepole did not check

Room was great, but problems with movie rentals (cable). Engineering staff wasn't much help. Movies would play for about and hour and then shut off. We did get credit for 2 of them, but should have gotten credit for 3.
