I would highly recommend spending the extra money to be concierge level. Not having to run all over the place to make reservations was wonderful. They do everything for you. We felt very pampered and relaxed all week. There weren't any problems that we encountered. The entire staff was very friendly and energetic--especially the playmakers. The rooms were spacious, and the balconies had a wonderful view (and we were mountain-view). They keep the bars in the room well-stocked throughout your entire stay. The variety in restaurants/cuisines was great; from Italian to Southwestern, you can find it all. We can't wait to go back!!

Best Things Nearby:
Must go to the Dunn's River Falls! Take the cruise that takes you snorkeling first.

Best Things About the Resort:
The people who worked at this resort were the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of staying with.

Resort Experience:
At Sandals, they treated us like family. The food was great, the drinks were plentiful, and everyone was in a wonderful mood. After one day, your worries will drift away. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful, and whatever the situation, they were willing to help you in any way they could.

We booked a Premium Catagory room. The room itself was equivilant to a nice hotel here in the state. The room had a king sized bed, satellite television, and french doors that opened to our own patio - complete with patio set.

The bathroom was fine. Everything worked and that's what matters most, but for a resort that caters to couples I would have liked to see a whirlpool tub for two.

Sandals offers 257 rooms in five different ranges. We booked our accomodations at the Deluxe level but by our Travel Agent''s request were provided with an upgrade to a Honeymoon Grande Luxe Villa room.

From what I saw, every room on the property was very nice. Our villa overlooked a garden and a babbling brook. It was a very short walk to the Waterfront and pools. We were also nearby some very secluded hot tubs which we made extensive use of.
