Stayed there Late Sept. / early Oct. 2008. Good front desk service. As previous reviewer said, the rooms are surprisely clean and very well decorated, with lot of nice amenities. This supposedly economy motel room was a lot nicer than some fancier places I stayed in. Location is convenient to expressways and to downtown area. Probably only 15-20 minutes from airport. I ate out at nearby McDonalds so I cannot rate the breakfast. Pool, not very big, but looked nice enough (no time for swimming this trip). Staff was very nice and friendly. They were, I think, just finishing a major renovation of the entire property. I am happy to take the time to recommend this motel to any individual or family.

we were out to san antonio with our friends they stayed at some other hotels we desided to stay here and i'm glad we did, listening to my friend who stayed at some super 8 had a disaster with everything.our check-in was very quick rooms are surprisely clean ,very well decorated.very convient location just 5 minutes to downtown.breakfast was good.Top of that staff is very nice and friendly.I am glad to review this for this hotel.we definetly stay any econolodge in any town.

i was pleasantly surprised with the location in reference to Fort Sam Houston. i opened the door and the room smelled clean right away. it was surprisingly quiet for being right off the highway and very easy to get to from the airport, 15 minutes. good location from downtown, again, like 15 minutes. i read the reviews from several hotels and this hotel i would highly recommend. if this hotel isnt rated as a five star hotel it should be.

Check-in was really fast ,had no complain for what so ever.they cleaned our room everyday.rooms are very nice actully i have stayed in lots of economy hotels this one is beyond my expectations.aonther thing the day i checked-in they had just installed new matresses.we got to sleep in new bed.my children had few choices for breakfast so that's good.pool was always clean we enjoy.Location is excellent anywhere you want a go either riverwalk or shopping malls.worth every penny.

When we got there we were in need of a room on the ground floor and we were booked in a room on the second floor, my wife is disabled and could not walk up the stairs. The hotel clerk had no problem with changing our room and was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good also.
Our room was cleaned every day and the kids enjoyed the pool.
