Hotel is very nice and clean, staff is always friendly and willing to help. My husband and I have stayed here 4 times now and will come back every year for our anniversary. We love it..
Make sure you get an ocean view room, they are awesome.
Cozumel's best snorkeling

I've gone to Cozumel several times. Stayed at 4 different hotels and this was the best snorkeling location yet. The beach had lots of sand with easy entry into the water. With coral and long pier enclosing the swimming area against currents - it was like swimming in an aquarium. It was better than the snorkel trip we took by boat to other parts of the island. Better than Antigua, Grand Cayman, Bahamas, Aruba, Barbados, Bonaire. So many fish! It was great except air travel was crazy on July 4 week.
slippery tiles

Warning: Slippery tiles in the pool areas. Our 6-year-old fell and thumped his skull pretty hard within 15 minutes of arriving at the pool. He was not running. We were very worried. My 3-year-old feel about 5 times per day. This is despite my holding his hand every possible moment (and saving him from many additional falls). Although there are many ameneties for the kids, I would NOT bring small kids here again. Otherwise liked the hotel

We stayed here eight years ago and loved it. Came back this time with the entire family (16 of us) and EVERYONE had a fantastic time. The people are GENUINELY friendly, helpful, and I am spoiled! You CANNOT beat the service! The evening buffett got a little old by weeks end.... but the breakfast was wonderful! I just can't get over how service oriented this place is! WE WILL BE BACK ! ! ! ! ! !

We booked this hotel thinking it would be nice. The outside is nice but the rooms are old, musty, and the bathrooms are outdated. The beds and pillows are so hard that my body ached the whole time. Don't bother calling or emailing early with request because ours were totally ignored. The food was not good and the drinks were weak. The one shining spot; food at the reserve restaurant was very good We will never go back to this hotel!
