I loved this place! Granted it was off-season when I stayed there and so we got very good service, but it also seemed to function more effeciently than what I''m used to seeing in Mexico. It was clean, friendly, within walking distance of the zocalo, and set in a beautiful converted old monastary. There''s no pool, but there aren''t many in the city, you have to go suburban if you want a nice pool to sunbathe. The food was decent, but you''re better off either right on the zocalo or right off of it. Hotel food just never does it for me.
