A Grand hotel in a great location with a staff that wants to make things "easier" for the traveler. Access to a parking garage and valet was wonderful. Ever drive in Florence?

Hotel is conveniently located 1 block from SMN train station. The rooms are well appointed with old world Italian charm, clean and helpful service. All spoke English (plus!). Hotel is pricey but worth every penny.

Outstanding! The hotel was much more than we expected. Fabulous location, room was immaculate (providing all the latest conveniences) , breakfast was awesome and service was good. We had a car and the hotel provided a private parking garage, at a price, which was great. Restaurant menu was not your typical Tuscan fare as well not suitable for children however the view was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend it; we would go back however skip the restaurant.

A great hotel for a great city! Staff was gracious, location was more than we could have asked for, and breakfast was included. Room was on the rooftop, which we had all to ourselves. Hotel is not modern but the rooms themselves have been updated and are very comfortable with great airconditioning. Very classy hotel - one block from the train station if you're headed to another city in Italy or a bus tour. Definatly would stay here again!
