Description: Simple but comfortable rooms with shared bathrooms (It is a good idea to bring thongs as it is the kind of bathroom that lets the shower run every where, my favourite.). No breakfast served, but as there are many coffee shops(check out tazza d'oro) on this piazza it is not a problem.
The Albergo is run by a family and there is always someone at the door, so it is pretty secure, and the people that run it are the best.
The best thing about Albergo Abruzzi is the location which means you can wake up in the morning and gaze at the Pantheon, so it is worth the money (100,ooo-150,ooo L. for a double room). The location also means that there are plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and shops in the vicinity. It is also within walking distance of the Piazza Navona, Monumento di Vittorio Emanuele II, the Colosseo and the Tiber. Some people think it is noisy at night, due to the Italian nightlife, but if you enjoy the city, this is the best. I can't wait to stay there again.
