I was very impressed by the hotel in general. The location was ight in the heart of Manchester. The staff went out of their way to give directions, offer assistance, and make sure my stay was comfortable. The hotel, while very old in appearance on the outside was very modern in their ammentities, dining, and fitness/pool facilties.
