Great stay

My wife and my two kids loved our stay. I was hesitant after reading the reviews but this was a last minuet change to our vacation plans and I need to get a place fast. I work for an airline and my family and I travel around the Caribbean every year. The staff was great the rooms were clean issues were resolved quickly. Now for the food? its a buffet and for a buffet it was good food, there is something for everyone. If you want great food make reservations at one of the on site restaurants you are paying for them too and worth going to.

This was our first family vacation to someplace "tropical" and we thought it was wonderful. The staff was extremely polite as were all of the guests we encountered. We had beautiful access to the pool area and ocean and everyone was polite, hard-working and helpful. We tipped but they do not expect it. Beautiful view and access- food was fine, all of us were well-fed and happy. We plan to go back!

Front desk & guest service desks stinks. Nightly shows are so-so. Will never return to this hotel or reccomend it. It should be a 2 stars not 4

There is nothing to really complain about, but it is a smaller place than I am used to. They need to make the pool bigger with a swim up bar, :)
Great vacation

We had a great vacation, nice weather (even in rainy season) and were happy with our hotel except for the Viva Vacation Club representative who was very rude when she learned that we had purchased a timeshare elsewhere telling us "that place is bad, bad, bad" which is illegal for her to tell someone after a purchase has been made. We knew she would have said that regardless of where we purchased since it was not through her (and therefore she doesn't earn any commission)!
