I really like this hotel!! Its a small hotel with 5 restaurants the food is really good specially the asian restaurant, the pool is nice the staff is very kind and they have a smile always!! The rooms are ok they have a mall tv and no balcony!! The drinks r ok no great!! You can pay the hotel beside this the grand oasis caribbean and u get 2 more restaurants and international drinks!! I really like this hotel the only bad thing was the waiting at the seafood restaurant like 2 hours with previous reservation so I dont like that! If u want a reservatio u need to go at 6 to the restaurant u want!!

We recently stayed at this hotel while traveling with our 4 yr old & 1 yr old. Surprised to see that although the hotel is known to be great for kids, it wasn't accessible for strollers! Way too many stairs! The pool with slides for older kids was way out of reach at the front end of the hotel and you had to go down 3 flights of stairs just to get there! None of the public areas had a/c! The food was horrible even for an all inclusive I've had better. The staff acted as if they didn't even care when we would request something. Was told when I called directly that there would be a fridge in our room but not for the "lagoon" rooms. Was told we could "rent" one if we wanted to. Beds were supposed to be Queen size and were more like something between a twin & a full. My daughter fell off the bed onto tile floor the first night! Woke up to some kind of scraping noise in the middle of the night & found out some sort of construction was happening and they'd even shut off water. The only good thing about this hotel was the beach which was great for the kids with shallow water and the pool which had a children's area which was also shallow. Enjoyed Mexican & Salsa night!
I expect something better

I did'nt like much the hotel because it didn't have enough AC in the common and waiting areas. The weather was to hot outside, so I expect to have a nice AC inside of the hotel. It was really unconfortable to have the people over me trying to sell packages to know different places. That is really anoying. The waiting time for restaurants besides the buffed was to long.
we loved it!!

My husband and I went for our anniversary we stayed 5 nights and 6 days! We loved it! I am reading these reveiws and wondering if these people stayed at the same hotel that we did!! The pool was awsome the food was decent. Of course it is different it is mexico!!! You can't expect to have all the same things you would at home! But for us it was fabulous! As far as the maid and towels and the room we did not have any problems at all. We did leave the maid at least a dollar or two every morning, we ultilized the room safe however we left our luggage out and we never had a problem! And if you speak a little bit of spanish it wows everyone you meet. The bars were wonderful we found one bartender at the outside bar his name is x and he was awesome!!! The first night we were there it was still crowded from spring break and we had a double bed room but we asked for a upgrade and a king bed and they moved us the very next morning to the room below the presidential suite and it was fabulous! We will be returning next year same hotel and same time!! Big ups to oasis palm beach

this was our third time to oasis palm and we loved it again!!we traveled with a group of 13 and adults and kids enjoyed it alike. upon checking in we were notified by our friend that he received an upgrade because it was his third time there. when we inquired we found out that was only for certain online travel website customers and we did a different travel website. after a little persuasion, we were granted the upgrade. it allowed us better restaurant choices, a quieter pool and beach area, and great towels w/out needing those pain in the a** towel cards! our friends were put in the new building and loved it. we chose to stay in the old building due to the fact they have balconys, and that is a must for us!! the new building did have much nicer rooms and the windows opened, but no balcony. because we had the black braclets now, we had tons of towels and ate frequently at the new steak-house. great food! a buffet for side dishes and then the staff comes by the table with skewers of beef, pork, and chicken_yum! we also had more bars to use and they carry top shelf liquor. the hotel is very clean and the staff is awesome! we left the maid a few bucks every a.m. and we had plenty of fresh towels!! we love mexico and the people and the oasis is a great way to enjoy on a budget!!
